This weeks Somethingforyourears comes is an inspiration mix from music lover Garret Keogh whose daytime activity is working in digital media as a cross platform director for a TV production company.

Garret Keogh presents a late night mix of post punk, Laurel Canyon vibes, cover versions and electronica for post clubbers and blissed out commuters. Stick this one on your headphones for an aural journey from Ginsberg and orchestral Bowie through Bon Iver covers and PJ Harvey to M83 and Gruff Rhys.

Garret once helped run seminal early 90’s club Loosen Up but has since been immersed in the digital media space. His musical education started Post Punk with bands like PIL, The Slits, Scritti Polliti and Gang of Four and that music has always been close to his heart. New music stills gets him excited though and Jonathan Wilson, Fleet Foxes and Album Leaf keep this mix fresh and lively.

Garret also does the Refuse Collection Show for The Record’s Not Broken with long term friend and collaborator Craig Lancaster.
